The Service is operated by FirstCloud, with payment processing and order fulfillment provided by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

By creating an account, using, accessing, or purchasing on the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. About FirstCloud & Paddle (Merchant of Record)
FirstCloud is a marketplace and SaaS platform. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record (“MoR”), handling all payments, invoices, and receipts on our behalf. Your contract for purchases is with Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle Legal), not FirstCloud directly. Paddle’s terms may also apply.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country to use this Service.
- Keep your account information accurate and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Licensing & Usage
- Images and digital assets (“Content”) are licensed, not sold, to you upon purchase.
- You may use Content for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the license shown at the point of purchase.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Content unless expressly permitted.
- You are solely responsible for how you use Content; FirstCloud and its contributors are not liable for misuse.
5. User Content and Conduct
- Uploading, sharing, or selling content must comply with all applicable laws, copyright, and intellectual property rights.
- No harmful, offensive, or illegal content is allowed.
- We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
- Payments are processed securely via Paddle.com.
- All pricing, taxes, and receipts are handled by Paddle.
- Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Paddle.com billing portal or links in our app.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account or access.
7. Intellectual Property
- All platform content (excluding user submissions) is the property of FirstCloud or its licensors.
- You may not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- FirstCloud provides the Service “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service or Content in question.
- We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or any indirect damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (for Paddle.com) and the United States (for FirstCloud), unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Policy
